1 General Introduction

acg365 ("Platform", "we", "us") is an online gaming service operated for adult players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a valid and binding agreement between you ("user", "player") and acg365. By registering on acg365 or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood and agreed to all provisions of these Terms.

5 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on acg365: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

• All deposits must be made from the player's own registered payment method.
• Use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.

6 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). acg365 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be requested in cases of suspicious activity.

7 Welcome Bonus

New players on acg365 will receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and a total balance of ৳2,200. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available only once per player.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

8 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers from acg365:

• Self-issuing bonuses, splitting them across multiple accounts or transferring them is prohibited.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• acg365 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• VIP cashback and other ongoing benefits are governed by separate terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household, address or IP address are not permitted.

9 VIP Program

acg365 operates four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher tier happens automatically based on your gaming activity. acg365 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms.

10 Fair Play and Technology

All games on acg365 are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality of results. The platform uses SSL encryption to keep your information and transactions secure.

• Any attempt to manipulate or rig any game will result in account closure.
• Use of automation software, bots or any third-party assistive technology is prohibited.

11 Prohibited Activities

• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion).
• Due to prolonged inactivity.

In the event of account closure, the process for returning the available balance (legitimate funds, not bonuses) will be completed in accordance with the established procedure.
